Dues are $750 per year. The first half of payment is due Jan 15th and considered late - after Jan 31st. The second half is Due July 15th and considered late After July 31st. Late Fees will be assessed after the past due date.
 
Reminder: you can pay your dues online for a convenience fee. 
 
 
Lastly, $0 always shows as your balance with PayLease because Green Country does not have a way to change that.
